This series of workshops is for anyone who wants to create or maintain healthy habits to improve physical and mental well-being. Over 12-weeks we will cover topics such as sleep, stress management, procrastination, goal setting, values, relationships and more. You will gain skills and knowledge to implement new habits and the support to make them stick. Take control of your behaviour and make conscious choices for a happier, healthier life.

This group is ideal for anyone who:
